‘cannot Copy ’ Pst Error While Backing Up

Outlook PST is used to locally store all email messages, calendar entries, contacts and other objects. Also known as Personal Storage Folder, this file follows different formats in different Outlook versions. PST in Outlook 97 through 2002 is encoded in ANSI format and has maximum size limit of 2 GB. PST beyond this limit becomes corrupt and hence needs Outlook PST Repair.
